Metodika optimalizace institucionálního prostředí v železniční dopravě v České republice.

Obsahem metodiky je doporučení postupu pro vyřešení otázky absence regulačního orgánu pro sektor železniční dopravy dle požadavků evropské legislativy; dále postup liberalizace železniční dopravy skrze minimalizaci bariér volného podnikání s jasným vymezením činnosti správce infrastruktury a jeho role ve vztahu k incumbentovi (konkrétně v případě České republiky dokončením vydělení infrastruktury a činností spojených s údržbou a řízením sítě od Českých drah). S tím souvisí doporučený postup pro transparentní a nediskriminační stanovení poplatků za použití dopravní cesty včetně odběru trakční energie a rekuperace, s cílem dosáhnout ekonomické rovnováhy mezi užitím cesty a náklady na zajištění provozu na ní. Metodika navrhuje přidělení kapacity na základě ekonomických stimulů (cena cesty ve vazbě na kvalitu, resp. s možností jejich dražby) spolu s uzavřením několikaleté rámcové smlouvy, což by na základě koncepčních požadavků objednatelů a dopravců upřesňovalo strategii investičního rozvoje sítě. Pro osobní dopravu metodika navrhuje základní varianty vzájemného uznávání jízdních dokladů mezi dopravci.The content of this methodology is the recommended procedure for resolving the question of the absence of a regulatory authority of rail industry according to European legislation; further the process of liberalization of rail transport through minimizing barriers to free enterprise with a clear definition of the activity of an infrastructure and its role in relation to the incumbent. Related to this is the recommended procedure for transparent and non-discriminatory infrastructure pricing, including sampling traction and energy recovery, to achieve economic balance between the use of the infrastructure and operation costs. The methodology proposes the allocation of capacity on the basis of economic incentives (costs in relation to quality, auctions) together with framework agreements. Obsahem metodiky je doporučení postupu pro vymezování relevantního trhu v případě, kdy to řešený případ vyžaduje, zejména při řešení zneužití dominantního postavení na trhu osobních nebo nákladních železničních dopravních služeb; metodika je také použitelná při provádění doplňkových šetření v oblasti fúzí v odvětví dopravy nebo pro sestavení komplexní odvětvové analýzy v oblasti železničních dopravních služeb. Thermoelectric oxide modules tested in a solar cavity-receiver

Four-leg thermoelectric oxide modules (TOMs) consisting of two p-type (La1.98Sr0.02CuO4) and two n-type (CaMn0.98Nb0.02O3) thermoelectric (TE) legs were produced with a manufacturing quality factor between 30 and 60%. The pressed sintered TE legs revealed 90% of the theoretical density to ensure a sufficient mechanical stability of the TE modules. The legs were connected electrically in series and sandwiched thermally in parallel between two Al2O3 plates serving as absorber and cooler, respectively. A solar cavity-receiver packed with an array of TOMs was subjected to concentrated thermal radiation with peak solar radiative flux intensities exceeding 600 kW/m2. Temperature distributions in the cavity, open-circuit voltage (VOC), and maximum output power (Pmax) were measured for different external loads and solar radiative fluxes (qin). Liquid aprotic electrolytes with TiO2 a Al2O3 nanoparticles

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá měřením elektrické vodivosti kapalných a gelových elektrolytů. V úvodu je popsána kalibrace vodivostní cely. Hlavní část diplomové práce je věnována přípravě a měření kapalných a gelových elektrolytů na bázi LiClO4, LiBF4 a NaClO4 solí, rozpuštěných v PC (propylen karbonát). Do těchto roztoků byly přidány nanočástice (TiO2 a Al2O3). Gelové elektrolyty jsou polymerovány s pomocí komerčního prekurzoru Superacryl (Spofa dental s.r.o.). Cílem práce je pozorování vlivu různých procentuálních zastoupení nanočástic v roztoku (v gelu) na jeho vodivost, jakožto i vliv použité soli v roztoku, na jeho vodivost.The first part of this diploma thesis is dealing with conductivity of liquid electrolytes. The second part is about third generation gel electrolytes and thein conductivity. The electrolytes were inorganic salts LiClO4, LiBF4 and NaClO4 in an aprotic propylene carbonate (PC) -used as a solvent. Nanosized Al2O3 and TiO2 particles were, proportionally to the sample's volume, added to the both – blend and gel samples in an amount expressed by weight percentage (wt). Both liquid and gel electrolytes contained following amount on nanosorbent: 3,46% wt, 7,17% wt, 10,0% wt and 12,0% wt. The liquid electrolytes were gelled using commercially available precursor Superacryl (Spofa dental s.r.o.).

This thesis deals with the role of the music director in the process of producing music recordings. I thing above all about the work procedures during music recording of two different areas in contemporary music world, it means classical music and contemporary popular music and conditions and habits of music diretor´s work which results from them. My aim isn´t a strict limitation between these two areas which according to my opinion aren´t strictly given but I think about and follow some distinct differences in approach to making recording and I think of the role of the music director as itself

Heat Transfer and Geometrical Analysis of Thermoelectric Converters Driven by Concentrated Solar Radiation

A heat transfer model that couples radiation/conduction/convection heat transfer with electrical potential distribution is developed for a thermoelectric converter (TEC) subjected to concentrated solar radiation. The 4-leg TEC module consists of two pairs of p-type La1.98Sr0.02CuO4 and n-type CaMn0.98Nb0.02O3 legs that are sandwiched between two ceramic Al2O3 hot/cold plates and connected electrically in series and thermally in parallel. The governing equations for heat transfer and electrical potential are formulated, discretized and solved numerically by applying the finite volume (FV) method. The model is validated in terms of experimentally measured temperatures and voltages/power using a set of TEC demonstrator modules, subjected to a peak radiative flux intensity of 300 suns. The heat transfer model is then applied to examine the effect of the geometrical parameters (e.g. length/width of legs) on the solar-to-electricity energy conversion efficiency.ISSN:1996-194
